From time to time we come across Websites that we feel may be of interest to or viewers.  We add them with the caveat the we do not always endorse the sites but feel that it may be of interest.  We will try to give some background as to we list a site.

www.amistadamerica.org   As master of the ship and a former Board member, I feel that this is a story and organization that everyone should be aware of.

www.mysticseaport.org  THe Museum of America and the Sea plays a vital role in telling the story of the nations maritime history. As a trustee since 1994 it is my desire that we all know that we are still a maritime nation.

www.oceanconservancy.org  Healthy oceans are vital to our survival as a species.  Unless we stem the tide of destruction of the oceans and its inhabitants we project on to our descendants a bleak picture how mankind will deal with an uncertain future.



www.abolish2000.org.uk  The Bicentenary of the Act in Parliament Abolishing the Slave Trade is being observed this year. The same act was adopted by the United States in 1808. The British Government is pulling out all the stops to acknowledge the beginning of the end of Atlantic Slavery
